EU Zone: Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Netherlands, Austria
Other European Countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Iceland
What if I'm not located in these countries?
I would love to ship to wherever you are! You can request shipping to your location.

What methods of payment do you accept for international orders?
- VISA/Mastercard via Stripe OR
- Paypal Payments
In general, all Stripe payments will have a 5% + RM1 transaction charge. All Paypal payments will have a 9% transaction charge. This is to cover hidden fees and currency conversion fees that I am charged by Stripe and Paypal as the receiver of international payments. Please choose the currency that matches your shipping destination before you checkout.
How much is shipping?

I think shipping is too expensive. Can you use a cheaper courier?
Unfortunately, no. I hope you understand that international shipping can be costly, especially for small businesses.
I take a lot of time and care to make my pieces, and I prefer knowing that your items are more likely to reach you safely without complications. I also package my international shipping parcels in a way that I hope will make the cost worth it for you (freebies). Therefore I only provide courier options on my website that have proven to be reliable and comes with detailed tracking. These are the couriers I will be using for peace of mind, for my buyers and for myself.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped out and fulfilled, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
As most of my items are made-to-order, it'll take up to 25 business days* to ship out your parcel depending on the volume of orders my shop is experiencing. *Some orders may take longer, e.g. BDAY designs OR orders of 3 items and above will take 5-7 weeks to be made.
NOTE: Orders placed in November 2022 will only be shipped out after Dec 25 2022 (Christmas).
I receive orders nearly every day, with some days getting a higher number of orders than usual (and some orders can average around 5-6 items of jewellery). If there are an overwhelming amount of orders I have to make, I will email you to let you know there will be a shipping delay (at most 3 additional business days). Otherwise, rest assured your order is in the making.
For this reason I highly advise that you place orders only if you are not rushed for it and are willing to wait the lead + delivery time.
Please understand that Kalbu is a one-woman business of a 100% handmade nature. Your items will take time to make, but I hope the love and care put into your new pieces will make the wait worth it.
How long does delivery take?
LOCAL: Around 1-7 business days, depending on the courier.
INTERNATIONAL: Around 1-14 business days, depending on the courier. Delivery time frame is subject to delays and customs clearance.
Please expect some delivery delays during the global Covid-19 pandemic.
If your parcel hasn't arrived after 14 business days, please contact the courier and have them assist in getting your parcel to you! Courier-related issues are beyond my control after I ship your parcel out.
What about custom duties/tax?
Kalbu is not responsible for custom duties/tax that may be charged to you. Please be advised that you'll be responsible for them for bearing these costs, should they occur. Custom charges may vary from country to country, so do contact your local customs office if you need more information before placing an order.
I have a problem with the courier. What do I do?
I'm sorry to hear that - but please take note that once I ship out your parcel, it is in the responsibility of the courier to assist you in parcel-related matters. Please contact them or visit your nearest branch to clarify your issues with them. Every courier service has varying insurances to cover for losses so please file your claims with them. Kalbu is not responsible for damages or losses by courier services.
